Eligibility Conditions
Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized/customized items, used products, perishable items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible unless damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
